LJUBENIĆ WAR CRIME SUSPECTS UNDER ARREST

 

Subject to the War Crimes Prosecutor’s approval, two individuals – of whom one is an active Gendarmerie member – have been placed under 48-hour police arrest on suspicion of committing a war crime against civilian population in village Ljubenić, Kosovo in the course of April and May 1999. >>>

SERBIAN WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR AND CROATIAN STATE PROSECUTOR GET TOGETHER IN A JOINT EFFORT TO CLARIFY A WAR CRIME AGAINST 21 SERB CIVILIANS IN VILLAGE MEDARI

 

In an effort to clarify war crimes committed against Serb civilians in operation Flash and identify their perpetrators, the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office is actively cooperating with the Croatian State Prosecutor’s Office on a number of cases, including the Medari massacre. >>>

SOTIN INVESTIGATION REVEALS CROATIAN CIVILIANS’ BURIAL SITE

 

In the course of investigation conducted into the Sotin case, the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor’s team has obtained information about the gravesite of Croatian civilians killed in village Sotin outside Vukovar in 1991. >>>
