ANOTHER INDICTMENT FOR CRIMES AGAINST SERB CIVILIANS IN BH

Based on the Protocol on Cooperation between the Offices of the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor and BH Prosecutor, an indictment has been raised against two former members of the 501st Brigade – part of the 5th BH Army Corps, for a war crime against Serb civilians in the area of Bihać in 1994. >>>

SERBIAN AND BH PROSECUTORS’ JOINT EFFORTS PLACE UNDER ARREST FORMER BH ARMY MEMBER SUSPECTED OF MULTIPLE RAPE/TORTURE ACTS AGAINST SERB CIVILIANS IN SARAJEVO

The apprehension of former BH Army member Zaim Laličić (1959), which was carried out by a SIPA police team in the Sarajevo neigbourhood of Ilidža earlier this morning, came as a result of cooperation between the Offices of the Serbian and BH War Crimes Prosecutors pursuant to the Protocol on Cooperation in Prosecuting War Crimes Perpetrators. >>>

FIFTEEN UNDER ARREST ON SUSPICION OF 1993 SEIZURE AND KILLING OF 20 PASSENGERS IN ŠTRPCI

After 21 years, owing to joint efforts of the Offices of the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor and BH Prosecutor, a great step forward has been made in the clarification of crimes against citizens of the then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY), who were removed from a train travelling along the Belgrade-Bar route as it stopped in village Štrpci. Following the abduction, twenty people were subjected to an atrocious campaign of terror and subsequently killed. >>>
