Based on Article 47, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Provision of International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, the War Crimes Prosecution of the Republic of Serbia filed an indictment which was confirmed by the B-H Prosecutor's Office in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 (5) of the Law of the Republic of Serbia, Article 331, paragraph 1 and 2 and Article 332 of the CPC and Article 3 and 4, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Organization and Competence of State Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings.
