The BH institutions referred this case to the Serbian Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor. Defendant GG, who was a co-perpetrator of the crime, was sentenced to five years in prison before a BH court. The last alleged co-perpetrator is currently on trial in Belgrade (see Bijeljina II). |
