Pursuant to the provisions of Article 47, paragraph 1 of the Law on Providing International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, we are amending the confirmed indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of B-H T20 0 KTRZ 0021560 21 dated 19 January 2022, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, by virtue of Article 43, paragraph 2, count 5, Article 331, paragraphs 1 and 2, and Article 332 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Articles 3 and 4, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Organization and Competence of State Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings, I am raising the
