ANNOUNCEMENT

On 18 June 2025, the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes issued an order to conduct an investigation against Z.M. for the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population under Article 142, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the FRY in co-perpetration in connection with Article 22 of the same law. The suspect is in custody, which was ordered by a decision of the Higher Court in Belgrade, War Crimes Department, for legal reasons prescribed by the provision of Article 211, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
