ANNOUNCEMENT

On 16 July 2025, the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes issued an order to conduct an investigation against K.F. for the criminal offense of organizing and inciting the commission of genocide and war crimes under Article 145 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the FRY. The suspect was ordered to be detained by a decision of the Higher Court in Belgrade, War Crimes Department for legal reasons prescribed by the provision of Article 211 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
