FIRST-INSTANCE JUDGMENT IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE ACCUSED TEFIK MUSTAFA HAS BEEN ADOPTED AND PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED

In the criminal proceedings conducted under the indictment of the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes, the Higher Court in Belgrade - War Crimes Department on 28 February 2025 rendered and publicly announced a verdict by which Mustafa Tefik was found guilty of committing the criminal offense of organizing and inciting the commission of genocide and war crimes under Article 375, paragraph 4, in conjunction with paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to 1 (one) year in prison.
