Higher Court confirms OWCP indictment for Brčko crimes

The War Crimes Department - part of the Higher Court in Belgrade confirmed the War Crimes Prosecutor's indictment (KTO no. 7/18) of 22 October 2018 against M.Č. for his involvement in the crimes committed in the area of Brčko, BH during 1992. According to the Prosecutor's charges, there are reasonable grounds to believe that M.Č. committed the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act.
