Prosecutor brings charges for a war crime against civilians in the area of Ključ, BH

On 01 February 2018, the War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment in case KTO no. 2/18, addressing an incident which took place in village Rejzovići, municipality Ključ, BH on 21 November 1992. The accused, Ž. B., is suspected of committing the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) in re article 22 of the FRY Criminal Act.
