Background facts |
According to the indictment allegations, the accused, AA, as a soldier of the Republic of Srpska's Army (RSA), took part in a military operation which involved the arrests and confinement of civilians from village Kijevo, municipality Sanski Most, BH. In the course of the operation, AA allegedly separated one Bosniak civilian from a group, robbed him of his personal belongings and fired three shots at him. The victim died on the spot. |
